Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to iTransfer and all its services.
• "User" refers to Teachers, HODs, Principals, or any person creating an account.
• "Admin" refers to the authorized personnel managing content, subscriptions, and approvals.
• "Content" refers to all data, documents, posts, and communication on the platform.

2. Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate and verifiable information during registration.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Only one account may be created per user.

3. User Eligibility

This platform is strictly for:

• Teachers
• Heads of Department (HODs)
• Principals

currently employed in Namibia's education system. Fake accounts or impersonation will lead to suspension.

4. Use of the Platform

Users may:

• Create transfer requests
• View potential matches
• Communicate with matched users
• Upload supporting documents (CV, Certificates, Employment Confirmation, etc.)
• Subscribe to paid plans for enhanced features

Users may not:

• Upload false documents
• Abuse or harass other users
• Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions
• Post inappropriate content

5. Subscription & Payments

• iTransfer offers Free, Premium, and Ultimate subscription plans.
• Subscriptions must be paid through the supported payment methods (Bank Transfer, FNB eWallet, Bank Windhoek EasyWallet, Standard Bank Blue Voucher, Nedbank Money).
• Proof of payment is required for activation.
• No refunds are provided after activation.
• Featured Listings are approved only after payment verification.

6. Transfer Requests

• Free Plan posts expire after 14 days.
• Premium Plan posts expire after 30 days.
• Ultimate Plan posts never expire unless marked as "Transfer Successful" by the user.
• Expired posts automatically disappear from search results.
• Users receive notifications before expiration.

7. Document Handling

All documents uploaded remain private and accessible only to:

• The user
• Admin
• Matched users viewing your transfer profile

Documents must be authentic and relevant.

8. Availability of Service

iTransfer does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Continuous availability of matches
• Immediate support response times

Maintenance or outages may occur.

9. Termination of Account

Admin may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Upload fraudulent information
• Engage in harassment

10. Limitation of Liability

iTransfer is not responsible for:

• Employment decisions made by schools
• Outcome of transfer requests
• Loss of data due to user negligence
• Delays caused by government or institutional processes

Users participate at their own discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

iTransfer reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.
