When I founded iTransfer, I was not simply building a platform — I was answering a question that had troubled me for years: what happens to a nation when its people are placed where they cannot thrive?

Across our schools, hospitals, and public offices, I saw dedicated professionals worn down not by a lack of passion, but by systems that kept them far from home, family, and purpose. And I came to believe something simple but profound: an affected worker will always be an ineffective worker. A teacher separated from their family cannot give their best to a classroom. A nurse stretched thin by distance cannot heal at full strength. A public servant who feels unheard cannot serve with conviction.

As a mental health activist, I understand that wellbeing is not a luxury — it is the foundation of performance. And as a software and website developer, I have dedicated my craft to using technology to solve real social problems, not to create distance from them. iTransfer is where these two convictions meet: a bridge that moves people closer to where they belong, so they can do the work only they can do.
